It’s biologically similar to your skin’s own sebum, so it absorbs fully and delivers vitamins A, D, E, and K to the layers of skin that need them, softening rough patches and cracked heels rather than sitting on top like a thick balm.
Massage a generous amount into clean, dry feet, working it into heels and any rough or cracked areas. It’s a good one to use at night, since it absorbs well enough that you won’t leave a greasy film on your sheets.
