When in doubt, leave fragrance out. Our Unscented Tallow Baby Balm is the cleanest formula we make: grass-fed beef tallow and beeswax, nothing else added. For newborns, fragrance-sensitive infants, and parents who prefer their baby’s skincare to be completely fragrance-free, this is the starting point.

Grass-fed tallow is biocompatible with skin at every age — and with infant skin being especially permeable, that compatibility matters more than ever. Vitamins A, D, E, and K are naturally present, delivering nourishment that supports the development and health of delicate skin from the outside in. The beeswax provides a breathable protective layer over eczema patches, dry knees and elbows, and the diaper area, sealing in moisture without sealing out air.

No fragrance also means you can use this one alongside any scented products in your baby’s routine without worrying about competing or layering too many active ingredients. Apply a small amount wherever it’s needed — after bath, on dry patches, for diaper changes — and let it do its work.
